How long is the rental period?

How do pickup and returns work?

What happens if the item is damaged during my event?

We understand accidents happen! If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately. Repair or replacement fees may apply, as outlined in our rental agreement.

Can I cancel my rental order?

Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be
submitted in writing via email to rentals@theseatingsociety.com at least
7 days prior to the rental date. A full refund will be issued for
cancellations made within this time frame.


Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.


No Refunds for Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the rental or for no-shows.

Can I rent something that’s not listed on your website?

If you’re looking for an item that’s not listed, let us know! We’re constantly updating our inventory and may be able to fulfill the item for you.

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Last-minute rentals are subject to availability.

Are the items sanitized before pickup?

Absolutely. All items are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before pickup to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
